Pressure-washing quote engine.

A pressure-washing operator in Buffalo's east-side suburbs needed a quote form that felt personal but ran fast. Three steps, edge-rendered, encrypted in transit — and direct to Seamus.

The brief

A solo home-services operator running on referrals needed a way to take quote requests without a call center, a sales funnel, or weeks of waiting. The form had to feel personal — like talking to the owner — but ship every lead straight to a database he could actually act on within 24 hours.

The move

Three numbered steps — about you, your property, how to reach you — with a 90-second target. Submissions go over TLS 1.3 through Vercel's edge into a Supabase Postgres write. No third-party form processor, no resold leads. A built-in data-safety panel surfaces the trust story right where the user decides to submit.

The Result

Replaced a leaky, referral-only funnel with a frictionless 90-second capture tool, allowing a solo operator to secure high-intent leads instantly without relying on a call center.

One conversation with Claude

Same campaign, one workflow: Claude takes the brief, drafts copy for every frame, generates each image, lays out the brand frame, places the wordmark, and exports. Brand rules stay locked because they live in the prompt — not in nine separate Canva files.

Transitioning to a programmatic prompt layout eliminated the manual Canva bottleneck, reducing production time per campaign by over 90% while locking brand guidelines into the system architecture.

A games studio sent customers a launch announcement with two wrong dates and a broken pre-order link. The apology had to land warm, fix the errors plainly, and re-open the conversion path.

The brief

Two errors compounded: a wrong launch date in the subject line and a broken pre-order link in the body. Trust takes the hit, but the campaign window is still open. The email had to apologize honestly, correct both errors without burying them, and give a reason to come back today — not next week.

The move

Anton headline carries the apology with weight. Two numbered correction blocks fix each issue plainly. A 24-hour 15% offer with a coded coupon (THELOS15) gives readers a reason to act now, lifting recovery rate on a list that just got let down.

The Result

Turned a launch-day misstep into a same-day conversion path — two errors plainly corrected, a 24-hour coded offer that gave a let-down list a reason to come back today, not next week.
